I recently found out that the Latter Day Saints website has Freedmen's Bureau records. I was surprised to see they have the various Field Office records for some states. Check it out by going to www.lds.org, clicking on Family History on the left side and then going to the Library catalog doing a search on Freedmen's Bureau.
