Here it is, if your ancestors held any office during the Reconstruction Era in louisiana, please contact me. You will be the base, upon which we build. After we obtain results from this endeavor then expansion, may be feasible. Just to clarify a few things:

Of course males and females are eligible.
We would set up a web page dedicated to the subject.
Work to give members as much information as possible on their distinguished ancestors.
We would work through emails and letters to officials and dedication ceremonies honor our leaders.
Preserve the gravesites of these men.
Compile databases of their descendants and their burial sites.

We would be an on-line group of proud descendants, working to preserve and celebrate the accomplishments of these men.
