There are two very interesting things about this list:
(1) a number of the victims of lynching were Italian
(2) some of the mobs were allegedly composed of individuals belonging to different races, and in some cases (although clearly a minority) the mobs were predominantly or entirely black.

I think most Americans would be surprised, like me, to learn about this history.
