John Roy Lynch on Reconstruction.

John R. Lynch was born in Corcordia Parish, LA in 1847 and moved to Natchez (MS) before the end of the Civil War.
During reconstruction, he served the state in various appointed and elected positions, including U.S. Congressional representative.
He died in Chicago in 1939 at 92 years of age.
