I was wondering if you could do a look-up for me in Cleveland County, North Carolina. I am interested in knowing the names of any African-Americans with the JOLLY surname who are listed in the voter registrations for that county.

I am especially interested in whether the following persons are listed: George JOLLY, Lebo JOLLY, Cumbo JOLLY, and Scott JOLLY, but would also be interested in any other African-American JOLLYs who registered to vote in Cleveland County in 1867.
