The entire report is of historical and genealogical value; while researching this topic I had a chance to view the entire report, (on microfiche--I have photocopies) and it listed blacks by name and location (northern Louisiana parishes) that were victims of violence during Reconstruction. It also listed the name of the person(s) that committed the crimes and in some cases listed the name of the plantation where the crime took place.
