The answer is yes, but it is not that simple. Your public library card may get you access to one or more of the papers in the collection if that particular institution is paying for it (or if they signed up for a limited time trial). Because of cost, access on the public library level is limited to those libraries that can afford it and they usually are the larger ones. For example, the Chicago Public Library provides access to the Defender and Cleveland Public has the Call & Post. If you can get to an university library, again the larger the better, you may have greater success. Messages In This Thread
