For clarification to readers, the list contains only the issues of black papers that are in Emory's collection. For example, I've seen microfilm of the Iowa Bystander from the 1930s and the Black Dispatch from the 1920s and neither appears on the list in their respective chronological time slots.

I believe I mentioned this in a prior post that the serials department at the Univ of Georgia Libraries did a similar thing: putting their AA papers in chronological order (and also in title & state order within the same document). It is available as a PDF file on their site. And I will add that their chronological list is broken down by year whereas the Emory one is by decade.
