Just located another site with Proquest: The University of Illinois-Chicago (UIC) has 5 or 6 of the papers in the Proquest Black Newspaper Collection. Closest site yet to my house with this many available!

Guess I will put it on my to do list to create a wiki for these sites, since I have had no takers to my previous request.
