I have asked for people to let us know if they are aware of any location where one or more of the Proquest black newspapers are available, and so far I believe that there are only a small handful of confirmed places: Library of Congress, Library of Virginia, University of Illinois, Northern Illinois University, Chicago Public Library come to mind.

I believe a list needs to be compiled (and maintained) and the best option would be to create a page out on the FamilySearch Wiki where anyone can go out there and add to it easily and I won't have to constantly do the updating.

Anyone want to volunteer to set up the page?
