Can someone tell me your experience with ordering a Civil War Pension Application File?

The National Archives sent me a letter stating the documents contained in this record indicates that it does not totally relate to the veteran you described on the attached NATF Form 80...I want to order the Pension Application file, but I would like to someone to tell me about ther experience with order such a file.
