CONGRATULATIONS and thanks for the update. Will the monument be erected in Butler, Missouri or on the Toothman plantation at Island Mound where the 1st Kansas Colored Infantry encamped and renamed Fort Africa?

Also, do you know if the replica of the Colonel James Montgomery house has been completed at Mound City, Kansas?
