TO: STUDENTS OF H.O. FLIPPER and OTHERS

In my research of Flipper, I found on Google Red/White/Blue search engine a scanned copy of the primary document of Flipper's original letter, dated 23 October 1898, to Congress requesting favorable consideration of his case. The letter is scanned from the primary document under Flipper's business heading, and with his signature. The content of his letter is remarkable, and after reading it, hopefully, we may make further interpretation of his case and his history. The scanned copy is so distinct that after printing you can see the creases of the folds in the original letter.
