I made a special trip to see it and it was small but very well done. I asked about the book and found it on sale in the Correspondence Unit, downstairs and purchased it for $10.00. THere were many contributors, including the Howard University, Spingarn Moorland Collection and many others. If you can't attend, try to order a copy of the book and encourage your friends to compare the names in it,to their family trees. We should remember, that about 1 in every 8 soldiers, in the American Revolution; Continental Line, State Militia and support were black.
