I've had good luck finding draft cards for my grandfather, two uncles and my husband's grandfather and uncle. Great info including home addresses, next of kin, exact birth dates and places, marital status and physical descriptions too.

Even if your relative never served, if they were between 20 and 45 in 1917-1918 they very well may have a draft card.
