Does anyone know of a book written about the "Explosion at Port Chicago", California on July 18, 1944. I believe that many african Americans sailors were involved and some I believe that are living today are trying to get their names cleared for being court-martial. I remember seeing something in the paper or on the news about this. I remember it had something to do with the loading of bombs/munitions.
