That is the Walker GOINS I mention in my missive above but there is James Edward, Walker's brother who is in the househould of Michael GOINS in the 1850 Census for Muskingum County, Ohio : Microfilm M19 Roll 719. James is four years old with a possible twin sister Emily. He would have been 17 by 1863. Perhaps seventeen is too young? I wonder if this is James E. listed on the CWSS site because the family went back to Belmont County, Ohio as I believe Emily, the twin, according to Ancestry.com married Gabriel GREEN in Belmont County, Ohio circa 1863? Is it possible?
