I'm some 200 km south-east of Verdun. Of course, the names you'll give me will sound familiar to me, but no doubt I'll tell you I have never been to these places!
If ever you come across names like Saint-Die, Granges, Ban-de-Laveline, Frapelle, Lusse, Lesseux, I'm very close to them.
