Thanks for all the info on Richard Etheridge. Have you visited the Outer Banks of North Carolina? Our family had dinner at a restaurant there one year and the walls of the restaurant were covered with pictures of Mr. Etheridge and his crew. It was sort of a mini museum dedicated to him and the others in his crew. I can't remember the name of the restaurant, but it was in an old lifesaving station on the grounds of the Sanderling Resort in Duck, NC.
