Hi Folks,

I had an uncle named Windsor Pulley, I was hoping to find out
something about his time in the military. He was from Spring Hope, in Eastern North Carolina. Does anyone know of a way to look up his military background or does his name trigger any Veteran's memory ?
Perhaps someone could do a lookup for me, if this material is an
easy reach of you.
