While looking through yet another box of papers that belonged to my maternal grandmother, Ethel (Stevens) Adams, we found a newspaper article that had been written by M-Sgt. Otis C. Doughty. He and my father, Donald O. Goins, served in the Army during WW II and were stationed at Warner-Robbins AFB in Macon, GA in 1944.
