The Majors Margaret and Everett Jones were and remain true national treasures. I am honored to have known them and regret that so many others are not aware of the awesome accomplishments of these two very special people who lived life so bravely, so fully and so well. They were giants of their times but they were also good and caring souls-- totally impressive but totally unaffected as they lived their lives with quiet dignity, grace and kindness toward all.
