Sorry I cannot help you with this one. I got my infomation from a site called Blacks in Alaska. The person who had this site recently died and someone else took it over. On the web site it has books and references on some information on Blacks in Alaska. Maybe if you e-mail the site person they could give you more information. I did not answer before, because it had been so long since I posted and I did not remember all I had posted to this informaiton. There may be more help from a Army unit at Fort Richardson in Alaska. I will post this information as soon as I find out.
