While SUVCW is for male descendants of Union Soldiers/Sailors

for female descendants of Union Soldiers/Sailors
have two options:
Daugthers of Union Veterans of the Civil War

Ladies of the Grand Army of the Republic

http://suvcw.org/LGAR/Home.html

ALso it is possible that USCT veterans were members of the GAR-abet segregated.
Try to get the address of local historical society where Veteran lived and ask if there are any group pictures of GAR units..or possibly in local newspaper files under Veterans Reunion or vets obituary
