I read the interesting article about your ancestor during WWI. Mistakes were so common on the records of Black Service Men and Women. I could not locate my grandfather's Draft Card. His name was Sanco Thompson and he served with the famous 371st Infantry during WWI. I have two photos and I have other items. We are having a celebration during the month of August, 2010. We would love for you to attend.
