Thanks Ed and Art. You know many years ago before I got into looking into military records, I did notice that little corner on some 'white' draft records. I forgot about it. It's amazing how they come up with ways to seperate black people.

I had a friend who worked a clinic
the military in USA and they told me for all black patients, they were required to put a black dot on the corner. She said patients that had no dot 'seemed' to get better treatments. This was in the 1960's. I wonder if it still is going on at some unknown facility.
