I have only ever ordered 4 pension packets -- three invalid, one wido, so I am hardle an expert.

Of thos I ordered two were ok, one very good, and one a great source on info.

I have always ordered by regular mail, and simply incude a copy of the card and say I think the number is XXXXX, see included copy. As Lyndam has suggested, it may be more clear in other formats.

I suggest getting the full packet right away, especially if you are confident that this is your guy.
