Black Loyalist Heritage Society Torched
Dear Afrigeneas Military Researchers:
The main link below will take you to Afrigeneas' Canadian Research page. Lisa Lee, Forum Manager, posted a story about the deliberate torching of Nova Scotia's Black Loyalist Heritage Society.
I wonder how many descendants of the Black Loyalists served in Canadian/British Armed Services to protect the freedom of the families who spawned the cowardly fire-bombers?
Perhaps William Hall, a Nova Scotian and Canada's first recipient of the Victoria Cross 1857, could have told him a thing or two.
Shame on those who defiled the proud history of African Canadians.
