I see that the unfortunate (and all too often, elusive) Lt. Henry O. Flipper is back on this message board. Good.
Let me update what I first posted here back in Sept of 2003.
I am still researching Lt. Flipper and would welcome the opportunity to communicate with any and all who have views, thoughts, opinions, suggestions--whatever--about Lt. Flipper.
My goal is to learn and absorb--not to argue, convince or debate.
I am most interested in learning current views about Flipper; where and how this information was obtained.
No offense to this board and the folks that created it and use it--but I would prefer to keep any exchanges private--via personal Email, snail mail, or phone (and on my dime, of course).
