I've found their site to be quite good. Through the site, I located my uncle's burial site in Luxembourg, sent for a picture, and got, not only the picture, but a lovely note as well.

By the way, the cemetery where my uncle is buried didn't know he was black until we got in contact and mentioned it. The military cemeteries are doing a history project on the African American soldiers buried there. They are asking families to get in touch and share photos and memories. Again, I sent the info and got a lovely note in return. The cemeteries are doing a good job by the veterans and their families.
