If you want to view the microfilm, all NARA regional branches have it, you can find the branch nearest you at www.nara.gov. If you want a copy of the cards themselves, the originals are at the NARA branch in Atlanta, GA. They will copy it for you for a fee, but I find I can copy the microfilm myself and get a pretty good image for 50 cents.
