Are you a documented descendant, or are trying to establish that you are his descendant? The reason I ask is that I'm researching minorities who may have ancestors who served in the revolution.

I try to help those who are eligible and interested in joining D.A.R. prepare their research papers. To join one must first prove that their ancestor provided service (Flora's service is already proven), and prove their lineage back to the patriot(have not found any of his descendants to date).

Many people can trace their ancestry to the beginning of the 19th century or the end of the 18th century, but have difficulty in making the connection to the revolutionary war generation. I'm always looking for researchers who have documented their lineage to the 18th century, to see if I can help them make the connection. So if you're interested, please let me know.
