I am the brother of Lt Andrew D. Marshall and have been looking
for better information about what happened when Lt. Marshall was lost
in an action over (I believe) Germany. Did anyone actually witness the events that led to his demise. Unfortunately, I was elsewhere in
Europe when this happened and could not contact anyone. Was his plane ever located? I would appreciate any scrap of information.
