Can someone help me find the WWII Draft card for a Mr. Isaac Dugger? Can you tell me what the card states? I must find Isaac somewhere. I am not able to find Isaac on any census report. Off the top of my head, he was born about 1903 in Mississippi, but he might have been in Arkansas at the time of the draft.
I am able to find his parents and siblings, but no Isaac on any census with his parents. I know when and where he died. I am believe that he might have been living with other relatives or went under a different name.

Question are there Draft Card for WWI? I am also looking for someone who actually served in WWI.
