I am working on a Civil War project of our Evergreen Cemetery CWV, Everett, WA, and find that Frank J. Call was a 2nd Lieut. in the 5th USCT Co. K which is the same unit as some of your noted CWV. I am doing a bio for Call and wonder if you could tell me how to locate a picture of Camp Delaware as it was in the CW days. Be glad to share what I have if you are interested.
