Re: Death Record Question
In Response To: Death Record Question ()

Elizabeth Byrd appears to have been enumerated 4 separate times in 1910. Twice on the US Federal Census, and twice on the Pennsylvania 1910 Miracode Index. On all 4 she is listed as single. That's the most enumeration duplications I have come across for a person.

I also came across that blank census page on Ancestry.com for Mamie and her children. Don't know what to make of it.

Thought I had found Irving Minnis working in Lynchburg VA in 1910 as a servant, designated as "W" for white, in the household of Thomas Claiborne. A closer look at the 1910 US Federal Census shows the servant is actually a mulatto female named Irene Minnis.
