I'm hoping that someone can tell me how I might go about my next step: I have found a relative, Claude NORRIS, who was an older brother of my Great Grandmother, who registered for the Draft for World War I in September of 1918. I think he actually served. Grandma says that as a little girl she remembers hearing often about an older brother who "went way cross the water" to serve his country.

How can I find out whether or not if Claude is the one who actually served and request copies of his military records?
