I'm so glad to begin to see more about this man. Tuskegee is best known for George Washington Carver, Booker T. Washington, and the infamous Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment. Few know that Lewis Adams was really a driving force behind both the school and empowering the people in Tuskegee and Macon County, AL. Our people need to know more about this man. Thanks for posting the article.
