The Real Black History

I know this is a touchy subject for some but I would like to know why no one talks about Jesus or Solomon in black history month. They were black and were around when history started. The only thing we teach our children now are about Rosa Parks and Martin Luther King.In Rev 1:13-17 it gives you the description of Christ. In the book of Solomon it says I am black but comely.Moses himself was a black man better known as a Hebrew Israelite.Black History month has become a circus as all the other "holidays"(holiday means holy day)parading what to buy and what to do.With all the "black history"we are teaching and learning why do we still have low self esteem, can't seem to help each other without wanting a hand out or raping and robbing the next person. How come we can not treat our fellow man how we originally treated him back then.We risked out life for our brother and sister.Sojorner Truth risked hers in the underground railroad among others in day to day activities. One slave would help another slave to keep him from getting beat or to sneak him food that the master kept from him for whatever reason. We have become comfortable with the American dollar.A little money and we sell our soul parading around on B.E.T,Mtv,Vh1 and any other station we can get on half dressed, foul uneducated language, and disrespect towards each other.I intentionally did not mean to write this post but only post a link to a site I saw that I thought everyone else should see.It makes you think and brings out some points we all have thought but I think never had the courage or understanding to say.Black is Beautiful.Don't let nobody tell you otherwise.
