Robert, perhaps you can answer these questions for me. Does H.R. 676 address the issues of:

1) the high cost of medical malpratice insurance [tort reform];
2) the lack of physicians under the current system and what impact that has under the proposal;
3) medical care for illegal immigrants;
4) medical care for the elderly [rationing of medical treatment]; and
5) freedom of choice.
