descendents of Casimire Sam, fmc & Clarissa Jones

hey, looking for information on the family of Casimire Sam, a fmc who enlisted in the 1st Louisiana Guard(73rd) in 1862 and died two years later in 1864. Before the Civil War, Casimir Sam worked as an overseer on the plantation of Hypolite Mallet and took one of Hypolite's slaves as his wife. Her name was Clarissa Jones. He left the Plantation a year before the Civil War began and joined the regiment in New Orleans. Their children were:

1. Eugene Sam c1854-?. He married Clara Levy in 1875 at St. Landry Parish
2. Jean Pierre Sam c1858-? he married Adriane Charles.
3. Angelique Sam(died as an infant)
4. Casimire Sam(died as a youth)
