Thanks for the 1802 transcriptions, they can be really helpful to researchers.
In answer to your mention of the EVANS on the Massey List, most of these are families I've researched and I can tell you what I know.
Morris, William, William Jr. Gilbert, Reuben and Henry were all Free People of Color. Even though William & Gilbert were classified in the Census Records as white, Morris was usually listed as FPC, as were most of his children, but there are Revolutionary War Bounty records which clearly identify Morris, Gilbert & William as brothers. Henry was Gilbert's son, and while Reuben was related to them, I still have found out what that relationship was exactly.
Also on that list, Allen Sweat, was FPC, and he was married to one of the EVANS daughters.
