Then Francis C. Assisi should have apologized publicly...for all to see. I have been reading and following your research since the early 1990's (in book form first) so I know that Assisi is not the first or the last or the most recent.

Obviously there are some people who think that many of us are not aware of your work and feel free to use freely as their own...and think we don't notice.

Hi Raymond. Francis C. Assisi and I corresponded by email before and after he published that article in which he wrote, "My research into this early American history suggests..."
His research has been confined to the pages of my website and the links I sent him on runaway slaves. He contacted me by email, asking for details of my research. I directed him to all the information on my site and gave him the address of Thomas Brown, a faculty member of Lamar University, to whom I had previously sent the same information.
Francis has apologized for stealing my work.
