I'm looking to find the family of Mary Chatman,born 1815 Gloucester County New Jersey, in the town of Swedesboro. On the Census of 1850 she is shown to be married to Moses White. I was told by a Cousin that she was born in Salem New Jersey. I was told that her name was spelled Chatman, not Chapman but I'm sure name spellings can change over time.Since she was born in ,1815 it could make it a little harder to find this family. If anyone can give me a clue or a few ideas that can help me I would be very happy.
