Hi I am not sure she is White, but in Frederick MD, there are White Windsor's, I am not sure what she is, she might be a Mulatto and that is her connection to the Windsor's. Just not sure yet. They are in Frederick MD, which is close to Loudoun VA, Joseph Goings was born in Loudoun, So I am trying to connect, Lawson Goens/Goings parents, which are a Joseph & Nancy Goings to be the same as the two that married in Frederick MD in 1801.
