Re: FPOC in Alabama
In Response To: Re: FPOC in Alabama ()
Alabama was under the French Crown, Louis XV (The Well-Beloved) de Bourbon, King of France. England had claimed Georgia, named for George II William, King of England & Hanover. The French built Fort Toulouse in Creek Nation. The territory was populated by French Creoles and Cajuns. In 1803, the U.S. purchased the territory, which became known as the Louisiana Purchase. Until this happened, the territory was under the THE "BLACK CODE" OF LOUISIANA 1724 or the Code Noir. These were the laws written by the King, which controled the FPOC and slaves.
