Congratulations on the great fine! I know how you feel! I THINK I have found one of the Dickerson FPOC by process of elimination. There were only two FPOC named Roger in the PA census for Washington County, PA and although the family name is not Dickerson, I think I found the right one...Roger Dorsey.
