Hi Jan, You are a dream come true for me! I have had such a time trying to find Roger, Molly and Nancy in the 1810 census and later. This will help me tremendously!

Rather than Roger Galery in Greene Co, I am beginning to believe they lived with one of the Dickerson children who emancipated them. I am looking at McLaughlin in Fayette Co and Bonar, Dickerson and Roberts, in Washington. Quite a few moved to Ohio but I will look there last.

The manumission papers are with AfriGeneas somewhere. Charles Hanna wrote a newspaper article in Ohio and included the Dickerson Manumission papers from Washington County.

I do wish any descendants of Roger, Molly and Nancy would write to me but they might be looking just as hard as I am.
