Are you looking for a separate schedule for FPOCs? I looked in 1840 and 1860 and they don't have separate schedules for FPOCs, but are listed on the same page as everybody else.

Here is the instruction for 1860:
9. Color.-- Under heading 6, entitled "Color," in all cases where the person is white leave the space blank; in all cases where the person is black without admixture insert the letter "B;"if a mulatto, or of mixed blood, write "M;"if an Indian, write "Ind." It is very desirable to have these directions carefully observed.

1850: 6. Under heading 6, entitled "Color," in all cases where the person is white, leave the space blank; in all cases where the person is black, insert the letter B; if mulatto, insert M. It is very desirable that these particulars be carefully regarded.

The 1840 form has a one column heading for "free white people" and a second column heading for "free colored people," but they are on the same page.
