AND how do you plan to reprimand the author of something that was posted on the South Carolina GenWeb page. Are you familiar with the GenWeb system? They have been around for a very long time and do a fantastic job as a group of voluntary administrators. Actually, IMHO, Afrigeneas tried to emulate their system many years ago with their state mailing lists and it appears to have failed.

I have been doing genealogy online since 1996 and the Genweb pages were one of the free resources that I used and continue to use on a regular basis. Fortunately, they haven't gone by the wayside like some of the other free mailing lists and resources since Ancestry and Rootsweb have taken over.

Finally, Paul and I have corresponded over the years and I know that he knows that this was not my work. I think you misunderstood Paul's response to me.
